Shipping & Delivery

HDcity uses Toll Ipec courier overnight delivery for deliveries at a flat rate of $15.
Small to medium sized items such as accessories, eg-34a media player will be sent via express post, larger items will be sent via registered post.
HD is not responsible for any loss or damages occurred during transit.

Returns & Replacements

Unless specified otherwise all products purchased from HDcity come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturer defects starting from the receipt or invoice date, and the warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Goods can be returned for a refund within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. The returned product has to be sent with the original package and accessories. A 15% re-stocking fee applies for refunded products. After 7 days all sales are final.
Shipping charges and shipping return expenses are not refundable.
In relation to products that are sold as products with free shipping a $10-15 shipping cost deduction applies to refunds.
